About the Clinic:

This year we partnered with Chicago's Nemesis to host a women's ultimate clinic in Iowa City. We had the pleasure of sharing this new experience with Iowa State, Kansas Betty, UNI Monium and Cornell. Drills included information on handler movement, 1v1 defense, handler D and breaking the mark. We finished the day by scrimmaging each other. We are proud to have hosted the clinic and further the education of ultimate to women in the midwest.

About Nemesis

Nemesis is Chicago's elite women's ultimate team. Founded in 1986, they are the longest-running women's program in the Great Lakes region. In 2018 they place 10th in the nation. To learn more about Nemesis please click here.
