Iowa Indoor is a tournament that is geared towards helping women's Ultimate Frisbee teams around the Midwest to have an opportunity to come together and play when the weather is less favorable outside. The goal of this fun, short, and unsanctioned tournament is to provide the teams with some playing time to help with their regular season.
This year we have reserved our indoor facility for both Saturday and Sunday! We are excited to offer more games and more fun this year! |

Facility Rules:Please do not bring any sort of food or alcohol into the field area. There is a hallway with tables and chairs outside the field area, where the players or other visitors can eat in.
Please do not throw away food wrappers in the trash cans inside the field area. We understand that is very nit-picky, but we will get in trouble if the staff members of the facility find any food wrappers. **Note: If some of your teammates have the tendency of getting light headed, we would recommend eating something small before playing. We realize that games are back to back, so if snacking on something is need while playing just please be discrete. |
Tournament central:
Some food will be provided for teams to eat in the hallway before/after their games on Saturday and Sunday.
Please have someone from your team check in with whoever is at tournament central (the main table in front of the turf entrance).
Teams will be provided with an additional goody bag.
Discounted jersey and discs will also be sold for $5.
